There is an password reset feature on Clubman if you have forgotten since your last booking

Member bookings for the winter season will open 1 March

Non-member booking requests for the winter season will open 1 April

Only members who have paid their levies will be able to make bookings. Levies can also be paid via your clubman account

Members can add family members and their non member guests (known as associates in Clubman) to their bookings and pay in one easy transaction. Clubman does not split invoices

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received

Payments are to be made via the clubman app and not direct deposit

Cancellations policies and other booking rules are the same as last year. They are published on the GUIDELINES & CONDITIONS page

The lodge is available upon request in non-winter months
